Life in lockdown seems to have eased off. I can see the sounds of civilisation back on its feet - which primarily means that the construction activity next to my house has started. I can see people going about minus masks - and I also saw some WhatsApp pics of people being fined 1000 bucks for not wearing masks. What is this?
