Whatever you do - it's important to be able to laugh. And to laugh we need to let go of our attachment - to seriousness. And seriousness comes in only when we are attached to a particular result in a particular way.
To laugh then is to let go of our attachment. To be able to laugh when things go wrong. And right.
To be able to laugh when things just are.
To be able to laugh we need to hit that basic level of ego - there it is easy to laugh. At ourselves. At the world. If we are not able to laugh, there's resistance, pain. If there's resistance or pain, there's ego.
Find that level where you can laugh. Loudly. Unabashedly.
