I think I read this somewhere where they say - you have enough love in your heart to heal the whole world.
And you wonder why you cannot love yourself, people around you.
Give and the love in your heart grows bigger and heals you and then it heals the others around you and then it heals the whole world.
Open your heart and give love freely. See how wonderful it feels. Suffuse the world with your love.
