Thought for the Day - And How to Stop Expecting

 This one is simpler. To stop expecting focus on yourself.

Expectations come when you focus on others. Instead focus on yourself and what you need to do and what gives you happiness and joy and stuff like that. There are a million things there - so get going.

The busier you are with your life, the less expectations you will have from others.

Also makes a good case for more laughter and joy in your life (and less long faces and sad stories).

Have fun then, living your life instead of wanting others to make it nice for you.

You can make it nice for yourself to start with.
