Wanted to see this movie for a long time and finally saw it on YouTube. Farooque Shaikh, Deepti Naval. 1982.
What starts as a college romance between an idealistic young writer and a rich man's daughter gets into murky waters as he tries to adjust to the demands of real life. But all's well and that ends well. Full of innocence and idealism of the 80s. Heroes were good people unlike today when all heroes are based on smugglers and killers.
Apart from Shaikh and Naval the college gang includes Satish Shah, Neena Gupta, Rakesh Bedi. Kiran Vairale, Avtar Gill (all of them have their own names - pretty uncreative of Raman Kumar). One other good looking lady in the gang who I do not know of.
Nice. Can get lost in a world we knew for a while. Good music by Jagjit Singh with some memorable numbers.
