Happy New Year!

 So we went to Next Galleria Mall on the 1st of January to watch 83. We walked in past the security lady and I told Anjali - 'Maybe we should have wished her Happy New year. She doesn't look very happy!'

Anjali said - 'You can still do it.'

So I turned and went back and told her 'Happy New Year Madam'.

And her face lit up with a beautiful smile and she said - 'Happy New Year sir'.

I turned away to go when I heard something sweeter. When the next person passed her she wished him a cheery 'Happy New Year sir'.

Made me feel like I cracked something big! But looks like that's all we need to do - start something we feel will make a difference and it goes around in ways we cannot imagine.
