A Handy Guide to Identifying Your Emotions

I am normally fine with not identifying my emotions (save the base four or five) but if you have to pinpoint what you are feeling (which they say is a good thing sometimes), this illustration could be very handy indeed.

From the core group of Happy, Surprise, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sad arise a million other feelings and emotions (I don't know how they are different and I am ok with that).

Happy identifying your emotions.Right now I am feeling Happy - Optimistic, Accepted, Proud, Joyful - Inspired, Open, Playful, Sensitive, Loving, Fulfilled, Confident, Important, Amused and Liberated. Maybe Surprised and Excited also.

I am not feeling Fear, Anger, Disgust or Sad.
