Thanks Naveen. I believe that this could be a game changer - from control to lack of control. From insecure to secure spaces. My premise is that if we develop secure leaders we automatically create safer and secure spaces. All unsafe spaces are created by insecure leaders who are in charge (and their need to control). By developing secure leaders who are ok with their vulnerabilities, who can listen to all perspectives, who do not wish to control every part of the process and the outcome, we will develop spaces that are safe, nurturing and empowering. We must talk about this sometime. It's a favorite topic of mine.
