A newspaper is covering the impending hanging of a suspected murderer. The editor has just lost his ex-wife and star reporter and is trying to win her back. True to the newspaper industry ways, he pulls out all the tricks he can to get his way.
I haven't heard so much dialogue in my life, so many people talking so fast and so loud that for a while it got to me. But it's witty, sharp and funny.
