While discussing the idea of light and gross, I thought that lightness in our selves could come from visualising light within us. Or rather, that we are made up of light.
It was a nice visual. And for a while I actually felt light in my body. In my mind. In my soul. Seemed like some burden had fallen off. It's a nice visual to hold on to.
