A feeling creeps in - of sadness, of anger, of restlessness, of anxiety, of fear, of bitterness, of resentment, of jealousy, of betrayal...and so on and on.
If we feed our feeling with stories, they will become bigger and consume.
Best feel that feeling and then let it go and move on. It was just that. A feeling. You felt it. Like a gust of wind that blew and you felt it. Or rain that fell down on you. Os sun that shone.
Feel it and move on. Don't sit wondering why it happened to you and why the wind or sun or rain has a problem with you.
Feel it for the moment. And move on.
Life becomes much simpler.
