Column submission day so I worked on it and sent it out. Watched 'Invictus' with Anjali - part of her school assignment so we had to keep pausing in between. Headed out to Ratnadeep for some shopping in the heat. Bad enough to knock me out but I stayed afloat.
The mood at Ratnadeep is quite chilled out. Social distancing now only seems to be a social thing - people don't seem to be scared of the virus - more of the consequences if they are caught by the cops not social distancing. But that's how things are always.
Kumar Sir Helps Out
Kumar sir is a coach who used to coach at the Jaisimha Cricket Academy. A good hearted ex-service man, he sent me this pic today where he shared some grocery items with the GHMC staff in his colony. Well done Kumar Sir.
