Those are the sounds made by the monkey catchers or careers in Delhi, a full-time job at Raisina Hill. A new migrant to Delhi lands this job, but he is scared of monkeys and tries his own ways of scaring the monkeys without going close to them. It's not as easy as it looks, but he labours along, understanding life is not as simple as it seems.
