Award winning debut film of Raam Reddy. Set in a small village in Karnataka. Century Gowda the colorful patriarch of the family dies leaving his property to his son Gadappa who is not interested in worldly matters any more, Gadappa's son who wants the property but cannot get Gadappa to help him and his son Abhi who is a vagrant. The story unfolds in the span of 11 days between the death and the 11th day ceremony. Very nicely done.
